Keeping Food Warm
10
The warming drawer will keep hot, cooked food at serving temperature. Always start
with hot food. DO NOT use to heat cold food other than proofing yeast dough,
crisping crackers, chips, and dry cereal, or warming plates and cookware.
DO NOT LINE DRAWER WITH ALUMINUM FOIL
CAUTION: Plastic containers or plastic wrap can melt if in contact with the drawer
or a hot utensil. If it melts onto the drawer, it may not be removable.
Note: Only load the warming drawer up to 55 pounds.
Place heavy dishes at the back of the drawer.
As far as possible, distribute the cookware over the entire surface. It takes longer to
warm through tall stacks of plates than individual pieces of cookware, e.g. 2 serving
dishes.
Use heat safe dishes only. Do not preheat.

1. Press PLATES pad.
2. Set timer if desired.
