Connecting microphones

the end of the microphone cord to one
of the MIC IN jacks of the 

Connecting a stereo line source
ou can also connect a stereo line
source such as the outputs from a syn
thesizer a guitar preamplifi er or rack
mount eff ects unit or a cassette deck

unit will not be able to use the eff ects
of the 
WARNING
You should NEVER connect the speaker out-
puts of a bass or guitar amplifi er to anything
except speakers. If you are in any doubt at all
about what you can connect to your CD-VT1,
ask someone who knows.

NOTE
If you are singing, and listening through If you are singing, and listening through
