Application has encountered a critical

Solution
Reboot the system.
Begin a new case to record more
videos.
Begin a new case to capture more
images.
Ensure that SIDNE is connected
properly. Reboot the SDC Classic™
and SIDNE.
Capture images and then select them
to print.
To restore previous settings, reboot
the system.
Insert/connect a valid media to the
SDC Classic.
Ensure that there is free space
available on the media.
The media is corrupt. Insert a new
disc to continue.
Ensure that the disc drive is not being
currently used. Reboot the machine if
the error persists.
Insert the upgrade dongle properly.
Reboot the system.
