CLEANING
Proper maintenance will ensure years of service of your product. Clean the product after
every use following these steps. This product contains no user-serviceable parts and
requires little maintenance.
Warning: The surfaces of the appliance will get very hot during use. Unplug the product
and allow it to cool down before cleaning.
1.
Clean the interior and exterior surfaces of the appliance with a damp cloth or
sponge.
2.
To get rid of food residue in the pot, fill with water until the MAX level. Turn the
appliance on to the max and allow the water to boil. Very carefully, dispose of the
hot water and rinse with cold water.
3.
Never use chemicals or abrasive sponges to clean the appliance.
4.
Always dry the appliance completely before storing.
5.
Depending on the quality of the water, leftover water residue may dry up and
calcify at the bottom or on the inner walls of the pot. This will not affect the
cooking of the appliance. To eliminate the calfication, you may use a commercial
softener and follow the instructions. You may also add a cup of white vinegar in the
pot, fill with water up to the MAX line, and boil. Once boiled, very carefully dispose
of the water and vinegar and wipe with a soft cloth. Dry thoroughly.
CAUTION: DO NOT IMMERSE THE APPLIANCE, THE POWER CORD OR
THE PLUG INTO WATER OR ANY LIQUIDS
STORAGE
1.
After following the steps of cleaning and maintenance, collect the power chord.
2.
Store the appliance in a dry and clean place.
SPECIFICATIONS
Before using the appliance, verify that the domestic supply voltage matches the
specifications indicated on the appliance.
