Connecting
Before using the system, install the driver
software for the printer to connect in the
medical equipment. Then, use the following
procedure to connect wirelessly.

Slide the slide switch on the rear panel
of the receiver to the RUN position.

Connect the printer to the PRINTER
connector on the rear panel of the
receiver using the supplied USB cable.

Connect the printer port that supplies
USB bus power to the DC IN
connector on the rear panel of the
receiver using the supplied USB cable.

Connect the transmitter to the USB
port of the medical device.
5
Turn the printer on.
The LINK indicator on the front panel
of the receiver starts flashing.

Turn the medical device on.
The LINK indicator on the front panel
of the transmitter starts flashing.
The receiver and transmitter are connected
automatically. When the LINK indicators
on both the receiver and transmitter are lit
solid, printing from the medical device is
enabled.
Notes
• Communication may become unstable if
the system is housed within a metal case,
installed in close proximity to metal
surfaces, or if the RF range becomes
shortened.
• For stable communication, ensure that
two or more SIGNAL indicator bars are
lit on the front panel of the receiver.
Using Multiple Wireless
Print Systems
To use multiple wireless print systems
within the same area, set the systems to
different channels. The receiver and
transmitter set to the same channel will
connect automatically. Up to three systems
can be used at the same time.
Use the following procedure to set the
channel. The same channel is set on the
transmitter and receiver.
Note
When setting the channel, check that there
are no other wireless print systems
operating in the vicinity.
