Wear comfortable and suitable clothing when using the equipment. Do not use the equipment barefoot or
in socks. Always wear appropriate, enclosed athletic footwear. Never wear loose or baggy clothing as it can
become caught on the equipment and create a hazard.
Do not leave children unsupervised near or on the equipment.
Children should not be allowed to play or operate the equipment at any time.
This equipment is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the equipment by a person responsible for their safety.
Keep hands clear of all moving parts.
Before using the equipment, check that all visible fasteners are sufficiently tightened and secure and that
the cables are in the runners and in good condition.
Handle or move the equipment with due care to avoid personal injury or damage to the equipment.
Before using the equipment, stretch and warm up properly.
Never operate the equipment if it is not functioning properly.
This machine is only for indoor or family. Users' body maximum weight is 120kg. Person whose body weight
exceeds this limit should not use this machine.
Please always regularly that safety chain guard that protects the moving parts of the machine is secured
and in good order. Please make sure to keep 0.5m free space around equipment.
This machine is only for domestic use.
ATTENTION: Before beginning this or any exercise program, consult your physician first. This
is especially important for individuals over the age of 35 or persons with pre-existing health
problems. Read all instructions before using we assume no responsibility for personal injury
or property damage sustained by or through the use of this product.

arising from the wrong use of the equipment.
ASSEMBLY
GENERAL SET-UP INFORMATION
The assembly should be done by two aduits if possible. Carefully read the manual and look at the explanatory
drawing on previous page before starting setting the item up.
Remove all packaging material and spread all parts onto an even surface to get an overview and facilitate
the assembly. Protect the set-up area ground by using any kind of cover.
Check all parts listed in the parts' list are included. Do not dispose of the packaging material until the
assembly is completed.
Note: When using tools a danger of injury exists. Use caution and keep the work environment as risk-free
as posslble. Dispose of foils or plastic bags that pose a choking hazard to children.
