MAINTENANCE

If the air conditioner will not be used for an extended period of time, dry the air conditioner to
maintain it in best condition.

Dry the air conditioner in Fan mode for 3 to 4 hours and disconnect the power plug. There
may be internal damage if moisture is left in components.

Before using the air conditioner again, dry the inner components of the air conditioner in Fan
mode for 3 to 4 hours. This will help to remove odor which is generated from moisture.
Clean the product regularly to maintain optimal performance and to prevent possible breakdown.

Clean the Indoor unit surface by using a soft, dry cloth.
Clean the condensate drain pipe.
Indoor unit Clean the condensate drain pan.
Thoroughly clean the heat exchanger.
Replace the remote control batteries.
Use steam to clean the heat exchanger coils and the panel
vents. (consult with technician)
Clean the fan.
Clean the condensate drain pan.
Outdoor unit
Verify that all the fan assembly is firmly tightened.
Verify that electric components with air.
Clean the electric components with air.
