Safety, performance, and dependability have been given
top priority in the design of your cordless palm sander.
INTENDED USE
The product is intended to be used only by adults who
have read and understood the instructions and warnings
in this manual, and can be considered responsible for their
actions.
Dry sanding and polishing wood, filler, and coated surfaces.
Do not use the product in any way other than those stated
for intended use.
WARNING
Read all safety warnings and all instructions. Failure
to follow the warnings and instructions may result in
electric shock, fire and/or serious injury.
Save all warnings and instructions for future reference.
SANDER SAFETY WARNINGS
Always wear safety goggles and a dust mask when
sanding, especially sanding overhead.
A suitable breathing respirator must be worn while
sanding lead paint, some woods and metal to avoid
breathing the harmful/toxic dust or air.
Do not throw sanding dust on an open fire because
materials in fine particle form may be explosive.
The machine is not suitable for wet sanding.
Do not use sanding paper larger than needed. Extra
paper extending beyond the sanding pad can also
cause serious lacerations.
When not in use, all tools should be disconnected from
power source.
Caution, fire hazard! Avoid overheating the object being
sanded as well as the sander. Always empty the dust
collector before taking breaks.
Protect the battery against heat (e.g., continuous
intense sunlight and fire), water, and moisture.
Properly dispose of dropped or damaged battery
immediately.

TRANSPORTING LITHIUM BATTERIES

MAINTENANCE
When servicing, use only original replacement parts.
Use of any other parts may create a hazard or cause
product damage.
Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts. Most
plastics are susceptible to damage from various types
of commercial solvents and may be damaged by their
use. Use clean cloths to remove dirt, dust, oil, grease,
etc.
Always wear safety goggles or safety glasses with side
shields during power product operation or when blowing
dust. If operation is dusty, also wear a dust mask.
To avoid serious personal injury, always remove
the battery pack from the product when cleaning or
performing any maintenance.
Do not at any time let brake fluids, gasoline, petroleum-
based products, penetrating oils, etc., come in contact
with plastic parts. Chemicals can damage, weaken or
destroy plastic which may result in serious personal
injury.
Only the parts shown on the parts list are intended to
be repaired or replaced by the customer. All other parts
should be replaced at an authorized service center.

NOTE: If the red LED indicator is flashing, it means the
battery power is low. The battery needs to be recharged.
BATTERY OVERLOAD PROTECTION
This tool is designed to protect the battery from overloading.
When overloading is detected, the tool will automatically
switch off and all LEDs on the fuel gauge will flash. To
resume operation, switch the tool off and on again. If the
tool fails to operate, it means battery pack is discharged
and should be recharged in a compatible charger.
