InSertIng Or exchangIng Battery

1. Switch the appliance off using the „EIN/
AUS" [ON/OFF] switch.
2. Turn the battery compartment cover to open.
3. Detach the battery compartment cover from
the appliance.
4. Remove the empty battery.
5. Insert a 1.5 V Mignon battery in the bat-
tery compartment. Make sure the poles

1. Prepare the appliance as described in the
chapter „Before first use".
2. Remove the protection cap from the
appliance.
3. Check if the nose and ear trimmer
attachment is attached to the appliance.
4. Switch the appliance on using the „EIN/
AUS" [ON/OFF] switch.
5. Move the attachment carefully and slowly
towards or into the nose or ear.
6. Please bear in mind that the appliance
should never be inserted more than 5 mm

BearD trImmer OPeratIOn

To obtain perfect results, always work against the direction of hair growth. Shaving will be easier if
you tense the skin of the part you want to shave with your free hand. After shaving we recommend
to cream the depilated parts with a mild body lotion in order to avoid skin irritation. If you have
sensitive skin or depilate sensitive parts, we recommend you to treat these parts only once in order
to avoid skin irritation.
1. Prepare the appliance as described in the
chapter „Before first use".
2. Remove the protection cap from the appli-
ance.
3. Check if the beard trimmer attachment is
attached to the appliance.
4. Switch the appliance on using the „EIN/
AUS" [ON/OFF] switch.
5. Carefully place the appliance on the skin
and cut the hair to the desired length. Do
not use pressure on the appliance.
6. Contour trimming: Carefully cut the hair
according to the desired contour.
7. Make sure that the shaving head is always in
contact with the skin. Shaving will be easier,
when you tense the skin with your free hand.
