The laser beam can lead to damage of the
eyesight.
While adjusting the receiver, avoid look-
ing into the laser beam.
Due to the concentrated laser beam, also
pay attention to the path of the laser beam
at larger distances.
Have repairs carried out only through a Würth af-
ter-sales service agent. Never open the unit yourself.
Use only original Würth parts and accessories.

The receiver is intended for reception and indication of
laser beams with a wavelength between 610 and 900 nm.
The user is responsible for damage caused by usage other
then intended.
Switching On the Receiver
Insert two batteries into the battery compartment 10 .
The receiver carries out a self-check. The LEDs 1 , 2 and 4
on the front of the unit light up for 1 second and the audio
tone sounds. The unit switches to the previously set operat-
ing mode.
Adjusting the Audio Signal
The receiver reacts to the laser beam with audio tone sig-
nals (see table).

When the LEDs are switched off, the operating period of the
batteries increases.
Putting the Receiver into Operation
Switch the receiver on and check the reception by holding
the reception field 3 into the laser beam.
Mount the receiver with the receiver adapter at the desired
position on the measuring rod and align the reception field
to the laser.
Switching Off the Receiver
Press the "ON/OFF/Tone signal" pushbutton 5 for two sec-
onds. If no laser beam is received for 30 minutes or no but-
ton is pressed, the unit switches off automatically.
Intended Use
Initial Operation
Briefly press the "ON/OFF/Tone signal" pushbut-
ton 5 .
Briefly pressing the "ON/OFF/Tone signal" push-
button 5 changes the adjustment:
Low --> Loud --> Off
Briefly pressing the "Tolerance" pushbutton 6
changes the adjustment.
Press the "ON/OFF/Tone signal" pushbutton 5
and the "Tolerance" pushbutton 6 at the same
time to switch the LEDs OFF and ON again.
