Operating Instructions
Introduction
Please read the safety information and operating instructions carefully before using this product. Otherwise,
dangerous laser radiation may occur. The person responsible for the device must ensure that all users understand
and follow the instructions.
Safety information
• This product is a Class II laser product. Please do not look into the laser beam at any time while this
product is in operation!
• The laser beam must never be pointed at a person!
• Please do NOT look directly into the laser beam with optical aids (e.g. binoculars, telescopes)!
• Please do NOT remove any safety labels from this product!
• Failure to observe these safety instructions can result in serious eye injuries!
Prohibited uses
• Opening the device with tools (screwdriver etc.)
• Immersing the measuring instrument in water
• Cleaning the lens with alcohol or another organic solvent
• Wiping the lens directly with a finger or other objects with a rough surface
• Operating the measuring instrument with an operating voltage that is too high
Maintenance instructions
The lens and the screen can be cleaned with a soft cleaning cloth.
The batteries must be removed if the device is not used for a long period of time.

Unpack and check whether any parts are damaged or missing.
