4.2 Weighing
Place the scale on a hard & flat surface.
Turn the knob clockwise until you see zero in the display.
Place the food on the scale surface and the weight of the food will appear on the display.

4.3 Tare Function

Place an empty container on the scale. The LCD display will now show the weight of the
container.
Touch the housing at printing TARE on the right side of the scale and the LCD shows
zero "0" and clears the weight of container.
Next put the food into the container on the scale. The weight of the food only will appear
on the display. Remove the food and the container and the scale will show the negative
weight. Press TARE and the LCD shows zero again.

4.4 Selection of the weight and size units

between g, oz, lb: oz, water-ml, milk-ml.
► Before weighing, select the weight unit. During use, it is not possible to change
between the units.

4.5 Switch off

The scale switches off automatically.
