PROGRAMMING

PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS:
1) Install the software on the PC with "SETUP.EXE" and follow the wizard step by step. When installation
is complete the programme icon appears on the computer desktop.
2) Plug the USB pen drive (supplied) in any USB port on the PC.
USING THE PROGRAMME:
Start the programme with a double click on the icon

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROGRAMME BUTTONS:
1 OBD emulators: It lets you access the OBD emulators Read upgrade frame.
Timing processors: It lets you access the advance timing processors upgrade frame.

Firmware Programme: It lets you upgrade the device connected to the KIT with new firmware

distributed by A.E.B.
Load Configuration: It lets you load a new configuration, distributed by A.E.B., in the device

connected to the KIT.

Upgrade: It lets you search for software upgrades on Internet.
Exit: It lets you exit the programme.

Change Language: It lets you choose the programme language simply by selecting the flag of the

country.

PROGRAMMING
ADVANCE TIMING PROGRESSOR REPROGRAMMING PROCEDURE:
By pressing the "Timing" button the frame shown below appears and where it will be possible to:
• Select the brand of car on which the advance timing processor is to be mounted [
• Select the car model on which the device is to be installed and associated programming
[ 2 in the figure].

OTHER FUNCTIONS:
• Select the type of timing processor you wish to programme from the "Filter by model" drop down
menu [ 3 in the figure]. Only the cars on which that device is to be mounted can be highlighted.
• Read the Firmware release currently used by the device connected to the Kit, pressing the "Read" button
[ 4 in the figure] . Both the model and release will be shown on the status bar.
• Modify the text displayed by increasing/reducing Font size [
