Installation
Note
- The wall mounting bracket can be used as a tem-
plate for wall mounting. This ensures sufficient
clearance from the floor.
- Use a level if the floor is uneven or sloping.

f Unhook the wall mounting bracket from the heater.
f Place the centered wall mounting bracket horizontally on the
floor. Mark holes 1 and 2.
f Lift up the wall mounting bracket so that its lower holes line
up with the markings you have just made on the installation
wall.
f Mark holes 3 and 4 on the installation wall.
f Drill the holes at the 4 markings.
f Secure the wall mounting bracket with suitable fixing mate-
rials (screws, wall anchors). With the vertical slots, you can
compensate for an offset mounting hole.

f Hook the heater onto the bottom tabs of the wall mounting
bracket using the slots in the back of the heater.
f Place the heater in an upright position.
f Secure the heater by pushing it towards the wall until it au-
dibly snaps into place with the two upper springs on the wall
mounting bracket.

f Secure the heater against unintentional release, using the
supplied captive locking screws on the left- and right-hand
sides of the wall mounting bracket.
12.4 Dismounting the heater
f Loosen the captive locking screws attached to the wall
mounting bracket.
f To release the heater, push down the springs at the top of the
wall mounting bracket.
f Tilt the heater away from the wall and lift it off the bottom
tabs of the wall mounting bracket.
12.5 Electrical connection
WARNING Electrocution
- Carry out all electrical connection and installation
work in accordance with relevant regulations.
- The heater must be able to be separated from the
power supply by an isolator that disconnects all
poles with at least 1/8˝ (3 mm) contact separation.
Material losses
- Observe the type plate. The specified voltage must
match the supply line voltage.
- Ensure the on-site power supply cable is of an ade-
quate gauge to meet all applicable codes.
Never install the heater directly below a wall outlet.
CK 150-1 (120 V) models are supplied fully wired with a standard
120 V AC grounded cable with plug. For an optional permanent
connection, CK 150-1 models may also be hard-wired to a properly
sized circuit breaker.
CK 200-2 (208–240 V) models must be connected to a properly
sized circuit breaker. See section 16.2, "Data table", pg. 13, and
section 16.3, "Wiring diagrams", pg. 13.
