The illustrations that follows are for the thermocouple, thermopile and electrode
model of the pilot burner. The procedure applies to all models.
Shut-off the gas supply to the appliance.
Allow the pilot burner to cool to room temperature.

1. Using a 13/32" (10 mm) open end wrench (pilot tube assemblies require 7/16" (11 mm) open
end wrench), loosen the fixing nut (clockwise) as shown in Fig.7.
2. Remove the fitting connection and remove the injector (6) as shown in Fig. 8.
3. Install the new injector (6) in position, reinstall the fixing nut into pilot gas connection until it
bottoms and turn counterclockwise using the 13/32" (10 mm) open end wrench (pilot tube
assemblies require 7/16" (11 mm) open end wrench) as shown in Fig. 9. Recommended
torque: 57 lbf in (6.5 Nm).
