Connection of the flushing
kit to the air-conditioning
service unit and the
components to be flushed
using the example of
a condenser
Connect the separately included
I
check valve to the red high-pressure
hose of the air-conditioning service
station (observe direction of flow!).
Connect the check valve to the
I
universal adapter.
Connect the universal adapter to
I
the pipe inlet.

Connect the blue low-pressure hose
I
to the outlet on the flushing device
(see marking on the flushing device).
Connect the yellow filler hose, which
I
is included with the SECU smart
or the SECU mobile, between
the inlet on the flushing unit and
the outlet on the air-conditioning
component.
Plug the 230-volt mains plug of
I
the flushing device into the
air-conditioning service unit. If your
air-conditioning service unit does
not have such a plug, the flushing
unit can be connected directly to
a 230 V socket using a normal adapter
cable. In this case great care must
be taken that the plug is only
connected to the power source during
the extraction phase of the
flushing process (as long as the air-
conditioning service unit compressor
is running). During the other phases
of the flushing process (filling, vacuum)
the flushing unit must be disconnected
from the power supply.
