How to Use
This product is for household only.
FEATURES
Nonstick Cooking Surface - Covers the grilling plates to help to reduce fat while
cooking and making the appliance easy to clean.
Grilling Surface - Seals in the juices and flavors of your favorite foods, and allows
fats to drips from the grill ribs into the drip tray for healthy, fat free cooking.
Removable Drip Tray - Collects fat and juices during cooking. It is dishwasher safe
(on top rack) for easy cleaning.

GETTING STARTED

Remove any packaging material and any sticker.
Remove and save literature.
Wash parts as instructed in CARE AND CLEANING section of this manual.
Wipe grill plates with a damp cloth or sponge to remove any dust. Wipe dry with
a soft cloth or paper towel.
Place the grill on a flat, level surface.
Leave a space of at least 5 cm all around the grill to allow heat to flow without
damage to cabinets and walls.
Arrange the cable so it doesn't overhang and can't be tripped over or caught.
When you use an extension cable, take the same precautions with it.
Using the Grill
PREPARATION
1. Before first use, if desired, lightly oil the grill plates.
Note: Aerosol cooking spray should not be used on nonstick surface. Chemicals that
allow spray to come out of can build up on surface of grill plates and reduce their
efficiency.
2. Prepare the food, measure out your ingredients and have everything within easy
reach.
3. Check out your plastic tools-tongs, ladles, scoops, spatulas.
Important: Do not use anything metal or sharp, as it will damage the nonstick surface.
4. Have your oven gloves ready for use.
DRIP TRAY
Place the drip tray under the front sloped section of the bottom grill plates.

PREHEATING THE GRILL

1. Close cover on grill.
2. Unwind cord and plug it into a standard electric outlet.
Important: Always wear oven gloves when your hands come near the grill.
