9.1 OTB copy function
With the OTB copy function, you can copy all contents of an inserted memory card to the internal harddisk
of the CM2H. When the „OTB‟ button on the CM2H [L] or on the remote control (23) is pressed, the CM2H
will initiate the OTB copy function. The OTB LED on the CM2H [P] will be lit and the CM2H will copy all
contents of the inserted memory card to the internal harddisk.
Note: The OTB copy function only works if there is a partition with the FAT32 file system on the internal
harddisk of the CM2H. If the complete harddisk is formatted with the NTFS file system, the OTB
copy function cannot be used.
Tip: If you want to have the benefits of the NTFS file system, but you do not want to loose the OTB
copy function, you can create 2 partitions on the internal harddisk of the CM2H.
9.2 Manual copy function
With the manual copy function, you can copy selected files or folders of an inserted memory card to the
internal harddisk of the CM2H.
 Navigate to the partition or folder where you want to store the files and press the „Dir‟ (17) button on
the remote control.
Note: You can only select a destination which is formatted with the FAT32 file system. You cannot select
a destination which is formatted with the NTFS file system.
The CM2H will inform you that the target folder is set.
 Navigate to the file or folder you want to copy to the CM2H, press the „Func‟ (24) button on the
remote control and select the option „Copy‟.
The CM2H will copy the selected file/folder to the target folder you have selected.
Tip: If you want to have the benefits of the NTFS file system, but you do not want to loose the manual
copy function, you can create 2 partitions on the internal harddisk of the CM2H.

9.3 Other functions

When you press the „Func‟ (24) button on the remote control, the functions popup will be shown with the
following options:
Copy Copy the selected file/folder to the internal harddisk of the CM2H.
Delete Delete the selected file/folder.
Properties Show the properties of the selected file/folder.
Cancel Close the functions popup.
