Practical advice

In areas in which the Bluetooth® wireless technology
u
must not be used, the GCY 30-4 Bluetooth® Low Energy
Module and the button cell must be removed.
The power tool with inserted Bluetooth
u
Module GCY 30-4 is equipped with a radio interface.
Local operating restrictions, e.g. in aircraft or hospit-
als, must be observed.
Move the grinding tool evenly back and forth with light pres-
sure to achieve an optimum work result. Pressure that is too
strong reduces the performance capability of the power tool
and causes the grinding tool to wear more quickly.
Protect the grinding tools against impact.
u
Recommendations for optimal handling of the battery

Only store the battery only within a temperature range of -20
to 50 °C. Do not leave the battery in your car in the summer,
for example.
Occasionally clean the ventilation slots on the battery using a
soft brush that is clean and dry.
A significantly reduced operating time after charging indic-
ates that the battery has deteriorated and must be replaced.
Follow the instructions on correct disposal.
