BEFORE YOU BEGIN
LOCATION OF THE UNIT
Place the equipment on a level and stable surface away from direct sunlight.
The intense UV light can cause discoloration on the plastics. Locate your
equipment in an area with cool temperatures and low humidity. Please
leave a clear zone on both sides of the equipment that is at least 24"
(600 mm). This zone must be clear of any obstruction and provide the
user a clear exit path from the machine. Do not place the equipment in
any area that will block any vent or air openings. The equipment should
not be located in a garage, covered patio, near water or outdoors.
LEVELING THE EQUIPMENT
After positioning the Bike in its intended
location, check its stability by attempting
to rock it side to side. Rocking or wobbling
indicates that your Bike needs to be leveled.
Determine which leveler is not resting
completely on the floor. Loosen the wing
nut at the base of the leveler to allow the
leveler to rotate. Now rotate the leveler
to the left or right until the Bike is stable.
Lock the adjustment by tightening the
wing nut against the rear foot support.
WARNING!
Our equipment is heavy, use care and additional help if necessary when moving.
Failure to follow these instructions could result in injury.

If the equipment is powered by a power supply, the power must be plugged
into the power jack, which is located in the front of the equipment near the
stabilizer tube. Some equipment has a power switch, located next to the power
jack. Make sure it is in the ON position. Unplug cord when not in use.
RECUMBENT SEAT HEIGHT
While seated on the Bike, lift the spring-loaded
seat lever on the right side of the seat to make
adjustments. Slide the seat forward or backward
to desired location. Release the spring-loaded
seat lever and gently attempt to rock forward and
backward to assure it is locked in place, Maximum
seat adjustment position is 28, when you see the
mark on 28; please DO NOT move the seat backward
anymore.
UPRIGHT SEAT HEIGHT
The Bike uses a simple pull-pin adjustment knob to
adjust seat height. To adjust, grab hold of the seat
and pull the seat post knob out. Raise or lower the
seat to its desired position and release the seat post
knob. Push down on the seat to make sure the pin is
secure in the rail. Seat height adjust level from 1 to
15, if you see the mark on 15, please DO NOT pull
out the seat post anymore.
BRAKE SYSTEM
This equipment utilizes magnetic resistance to set specific levels
of resistance. The resistance level setting in addition to the
RPM is used to determine the power (watts) output.
