2. UNFOLDING THE STEM
1. Hold the scooter, pull the stem back and make
sure that it easily connects with the part below.
3. Shake the stem to check that the piece is firmly
locked.
2. Raise the stem folder.
4. Press the folder lock to unfold the stem.
