ASSEMBLY.-
1- Insert the safety pin (22) into the
telescopic weight
position the washer (52) and tighten
using nut (53), check that it turns freely.
Fit the lock pin (23) into the safety pin
(22), position the washer (52) and
tighten using nut (53), check that it
turns freely.
2- Rest the right vertical support (3)
on the ground, line it up with the central
support (2), Fig.3, fit bolt (41) along
with washers (51) and secure using nut
(49), Fig.3.
Next, rest the left vertical support (4) on
the ground, line it up with the central
support (2), Fig.3, fit bolt (41) along
with washers (51) and secure using nut
(49), Fig.3.
Insert the telescopic bar (5), Fig.2, into
the main supports (3 & 4), Fig.3, fit the
positioning pin
clockwise.
Insert the reserve weight bar (39B) into
the rear tube on the main support (3),
Fig. 3, position the washer (48) on bolt
(45) and tighten securely, Fig.3.
Fit the weight rest stop (30) and the
weight lock (27), Fig.3.
3- First, bring the main supprt rest (7)
up to the main support (1), Fig.4,
secure using screws (43) along with
the washers (51) and nuts (49).
Position the main support (1) on the
central bar (2), Fig.4, fit the rear "U"
bracket and secure using screws (44)
along with the washers (51) and nuts
(49).
4- Position the leg support (6) on the
"U" bracket for the main support (1),
Fig.5, secure using screw (42) along
with the washers (50) and nut (48).
Pull the height selector knob (26)
bar (5), Fig.2,
(25) and tighten
backward, Fig.5, and insert the arm
rest bar into the main support (1) in the
direction of the arrow.
Fit the bicep accessory (39C) onto the
leg support (6), Fig.5, secure using
screw (43) along with washers (51) and
and nut (49), check that it turns freely.
5- Position the armrest (15) on the
support (8), Fig.6, secure using screws
(47) along with the washers (52).
Insert the tubes for the foam covers
(16) into the holes on the leg support
(6), Fig.6, centre them and them fit the
foam covers (19) over the tubes (16).
FITTING THE BACKREST
SUPPORT.-
6- Fit the backrest elevation bar (11)
between the two bars (9) on the
backrest frame, Fig.7, secure using
screw (40) along with the washers (51)
and nut (49), insert the locking pin (20).
Next, position it on tube (A) of the main
support (1), Fig.9, secure using screw
(40) along with the washers (51) and
nut (49).
FITTING THE SEAT SUPPORT.-
7- Position the seat height selector
(17) with the inner holes on the tubes
for the seat frame (10) , Fig.7.
Position it on tube (B) of the main
support (1), Fig.9, secure using screw
(40) along with the washers (51) and
nut (49), insert the lock pin (21).
FITTING THE BACKREST.-
8- Take the back rest (13) and
position it on the support (9), Fig.10.
Fit the bolts (46) along with the flat
washers (52).
