Solutions
Refer to the Leveling and Door Alignment section.
It may be necessary to add shims under the
leveling legs or rollers to complete installation.
Once the door bins are filled, the doors may
become misaligned, preventing the door mullion
or the Auto Door Open function from working
properly.
Extend both front leveling legs fully so they
are in firm contact with the floor. Follow the
instructions in the Door Alignment section to
raise the left refrigerator door until the door
mullion is once again working properly. Adjust
the right refrigerator door so it aligns with the left
refrigerator door.
The refrigerator compartment lamp is LED interior
lighting, and service should be performed by a
qualified technician.
Make sure that the refrigerator is not located
near a fire source, such as a fireplace, chimney or
candle.
Delete your home Wi-Fi network and begin the
registration process again.
Turn off the Mobile data on your smartphone
before registering the appliance.
The wireless network name (SSID) should be a
combination of English letters and numbers. (Do
not use special characters.)
Only a 2.4 GHz router frequency is supported.
Set the wireless router to 2.4 GHz and connect
the appliance to the wireless router. To check the
router frequency, check with your Internet service
provider or the router manufacturer.
If the appliance is too far from the router, the
signal may be weak and the connection may not
be configured correctly. Move the router closer
to the appliance or purchase and install a Wi-Fi
repeater.
Change Voice Assistant from Wake Zone + Wake
Word to Wake Word.
