Starting the tool
Before starting the tool, wear protective clothing as shown in the picture and check that all safety and protection systems
are correctly functioning and assembled.
Put on the backpack (12) (picture B) and adjust the length of the belt by means of the specific buckle (14).
•
The backpack (12) must be positioned so that 90% of the weight is supported by the operator's waist

and not by his back (picture B).
•
The braces (15) should be used to better balance the weight.
•
Adjust the buckle (13) on the braces (15), so that they cannot slip off your shoulders
•
Put on the armband (17), so that the cable (19) cannot interfere in the shaking operations of the tool.
•
Hold the tool and press with your free hand first the battery-switching-on button (8), then the tool one (22).
•
At every re-start after switching off the battery (1), the "system" must be calibrated (see par. 4.1)
•
Carefully insert the branch into the tool pole (29) with hooks (30) and pull the trigger
•
WARNING!

WARNING!
Always use adequate clothing as called for by the job. Wear tight clothing. Do not wear ties, necklaces or belts
which may get caught in the moving parts. Use googles, safety shoes and antivibration gloves.
When holding the tool in your hand, carry out the following operations in sequence:
a) Carefully insert the branch into the hooks (30) of the tool pole (29) and pull the trigger (26).

following branch, performing the operation in point a). Otherwise, perform the operation in point c).
c) Keeping the trigger (26) pulled, adjust the right speed using the + and – buttons (24) y (25) on the tool body (21). Then

at the end of each workday, even if it is still partially charged.
WARNING!
Remember that failure to perform the intended inspections at an Authorised Service Point of the Manufacturer
makes the warranty void (see par. 1.5).
WARNING!
•
The tool shall be used for the purposes described in par. "Product Description" only. Other uses could cause
injuries and/or damages.
•
Start the tool only when inserted between the branches. Improper use causes greater wear-and-tear and does
not allow to save the battery power.
