1. Install the Faucet Body
NOTE: This fitting is designed for use on Kohler sinks with notches
for fitting lugs. Allow for clearance of lugs if mounting any other
way.
Apply a bead of plumbers putty or other sealant to the underside
of the faucet body flange.
Insert the assembly through the hole in the sink.
Align the lugs with the notches in the fitting and the sink basin.
From under the sink, install the washer and nut over the spout
shank. Tighten the nut.
Connect the supply to the spout shank.
2. Installation Checkout
Ensure that all connections are tight.
Remove the aerator (if spout is installed).
Turn on the main water supply and check for leaks. Repair as
needed.
Run water through the spout (if installed) for approximately one
minute to remove debris. Check for leaks. Turn the valves off.
Remove any debris from the aerator and reinstall (if spout is
installed).
