Attach S-Rail

Attach support bracket (N) to lid through pre-drilled holes, using
six screws (G). There are no pre-drilled holes on the lid. Use force
when starting to drive screws. Once the screw pierces the plastic
it will drive easier. Do not use center hole on (N).
