To remove casters, strike with rubber mallet as
shown in figure below. Insert new casters.

C. Arm Assembly Replacement
1.
Turn chair upside down and remove three (3)
screws holding arm assembly in place.
2.
Remove arm assembly. Align screw holes of
new arm assembly with seat. Insert screws and
tighten to 115 in.-lbs.
