NOTE
The front-loading washing machine rotates the laundry to make it wet enough to wash with less water. In particular, the
y
supplied water level is low when the washing machine is rotating the wet laundry. It is normal for the washing machine to
have less water during the cycle.
If the temperature or the water level inside the machine is too high, the door locks and cannot be opened. To open the
y
door while washing, use the Drain+Spin feature (see page 24).
The front loading washer rotates the wet laundry to wash it with less water.

If you do not see the water during washing, it is not a problem because the laundry is sufficiently wet.
Load the laundry into the washing machine and close the door.

Turn
to the desired cycle.
- The proper default option is automatically set according to the wash cycle. See page 22, Cycle
guide, for more detailed default options for each cycle.

- To change the options, press the option button and select the desired option. See page 24,
Setting options before cycle, for more details on options.
- Skip to step 4 to use the default setting without changing the options.
Add the proper amount of detergent and additions (bleach, softener) into the detergent dispenser
drawer.

- The washing machine will start.
When the melody plays, the wash cycle is finished.
- When the washing cycle is finished, the door will unlock. Open the door and remove the
laundry immediately.
- Make sure to check around the door seal when taking out the finished load. Small items may
be caught in the door seal.
