Asynchronous mode
In this mode, the wire feeder feeds the wire in
pulses and it is managed asynchronously in
relation to the welding process.
This mode is available for both continuous and
pulsed welding.
The following parameters can be configured:
Wire feeder start:
- AUTO the wire feeder starts automatically as
soon as peak current begins to flow to the welding
workpiece.
- ext: the wire feeder starts when the Wire_inc
signal is activated in connector BA or from the
fieldbus by enabling the Wire_inc bit, provided
peak current is flowing through the welding
workpiece
High speed:
High wire feed speed during welding:
[0.1m/min- 10m/min]
Low speed:
Low wire feed speed during welding:
[0.1-10]m/min.
Pulse frequency: [0.1-5] Hz.

Delayed start

Synchronous mode
In this mode, the wire feeder feeds the wire in
pulses and it is managed synchronously in relation
to the pulsed welding process.
This mode is not available for continuous
welding.
The following parameters can be configured:

workpiece.
- ext: the wire feeder starts when the Wire_inch

This parameter is only adjustable in pulsed mode.
It is used to adjust the motor delay during welding
