ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Attach 1-1/4" shank (D) to 1-1/4" support tube assembly (C) using (2) 3/8-16 x 2" carriage bolts (E) and (2) 3/8" lock nuts (F). Fig 1.
2. Slide 1-1/4" shank/support tube assembly into vehicle receiver and secure with 1/2" anti-rattle pin (G) and washer (H). Tighten with
supplied wrench (I) then install pin clip (J). Fig 2.
NOTE: If you have a 2" receiver, the supplied adapter (M) is required for a proper fit. Place adapter on tube as shown in Fig 2a. The
adapter hole will align with the threaded hole in the tube.
3. Remove bail pins (N) and rotate side tubes to the horizontal position. Lock side tubes in position with bail pins by first aligning tube
holes with lower bail pin holes as shown. Fig 3.
4. Slide wheel cradles (A, B) on side tubes as shown in Fig 4. Repeat for other side.
5. Slide frame hooks (L, K) on center tube of support tube assembly (C) as shown in Fig 4. Repeat for other side.
