Engage the locking device.

Place the slide in the guide rail of the support ( ) and fasten the
crank (B).

You can pull the knife unit out from the side. When inserting the knife
unit, make sure that it engages in the holder.

Place the prepared food on the fixing plate of the slide and slide it
onto the knife insert. Fold the guide lever to the left or right. Move the
slide on the knife insert while turning the crank.
TIP: Cut both ends of the fruit or vegetable straight in order to ensure a
secure hold on the fixing plate.

