Installation and operation
• Insert the locating sheet into the gap between housing and supporter and make sure that the control unit (4) is firmly placed on the housing(7).
• Ensure that the heating elements (12) are securely in place in the oil reservoirs (11).

• Align the pole on the bottom of the control unit (4) to the hole on the top of the housing (7).
• Insert the pole into the hole and make sure that the control unit (4) is firmly placed on the housing (7).
• Ensure that the heating elements (12) are securely in place in the oil reservoirs (11).
The fixers need to be installed for Model GDF3024, GDF3028 and GDF5028.
Note: When installing these three types of fryer models, fix the fryer housing to a flat surface before installing the control unit (4) (fig. 5).
• Remove both rubber feet that are on the bottom rear part of the fryer.
• Put the fixers (18) on. Reinstall the rubber feet.
• Fix the rubber feet and fixers onto the bottom of the fryer by using a screw.
• Firmly fix the fryer on a desired flat surface by tightening the screws (not included) through the hole of the fixers.
