Flax Seed Smoothie
¾ cup of soya or skimmed milk
1 cup of soya or Greek yoghurt
1 cup of diced mango
1 cup of diced peaches
1 kiwi, peeled and cut into pieces
2 tablespoons linseed
1 tablespoon mixed berries
Place all ingredients into blender jug in the specified order. Stir until smooth and serve
immediately. Garnish with pieces of kiwi if desired. Makes about 3 cups.

Peanut Butter Banana Breakfast
½ cup of milk
½ cup of Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1 medium banana, halved
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Place all ingredients into blender jug in the specified order. Stir until smooth and serve
immediately. Makes about 1 ½ cups.
Protein Shake
½ cup of almond milk
1 cup of almond yoghurt or Greek yoghurt
1 cup of cottage cheese
1 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries
2 tablespoons honey
Place all ingredients into blender jug in the specified order. Stir until smooth and serve
immediately. Garnish with fresh strawberries if desired. Makes about 1 ½ cups.
