Parental Control Menu
The parental control menu enables
you to limit access to programs that
may contain objectionable material
or are not suitable for viewing by
children. The default access code is
0711.
The following table provides details
about the menu items:

Using the OSD menus
Function
Enables the parental control lock. When
enabled, channels with objectionable viewing
content are blocked and can only be
accessed with a password. You can block
channels according to the movie or TV rat-
ings of the channel's programs.
Helps you block programs based on their
movie ratings. See "Movie Rating" on
page 25 for more details.
Helps you block programs based on their TV
ratings. See "TV Rating" on page 26.
Changes the password for the parental con-
trol lock.
Resets all channels and programs to their
default factory settings.
