Troubleshooting

1) After inserting Test Strip, Meter does not turn on.
Reason
Strip inserted upside
down or backwards
Strip not fully inserted
Strip Error
Dead or no battery
Battery in backwards
Meter Error
2) After applying sample, test does not start/
Meter does not beep or begin testing.
Reason
Sample drop too small
Sample applied after
two minute shut-off
Problem with Strip
Problem with Meter

Action
Remove Strip. Re-insert
correctly.
Remove Strip. Re-insert
Strip fully into Meter.
Repeat with new Strip.
Replace battery.
Battery positive ("+")
side must face up.
Call for assistance.
Action

Strip. Apply sample
