Loosen the screws (22) and take off the lid (23).
Remove the first seal (24).
Pull the impeller housing (26) and the impeller (25) off the
pump shaft.
Now you can remove the second seal (24) and the shaft
seal (27) and replace them with new seals. To change
the shaft seal, the feather key on the shaft must be
temporarily removed.
Press the new impeller (25) into the impeller housing (26)
and push it onto the pump shaft after reinserting the
feather key.
Insert a further new seal (24) into the impeller housing
(26).
Then reattach the lid to the pump using the two screws
(22).
Loosen and remove the coupling nut on the sight glass
(28).
Remove the oil-filled sight glass (29) downwards.
Remove the oil filter (30) by turning it to the left.
Insert a new oil filter (30) and remount the
sight glass (29) onto the oil filter unit (14) using
the coupling nut (28).
