Functional description
The pasteurizers heat the juice via a pipe-in-pipe spiral tube heat exchanger. For this, the juice is
pumped via the juice inlet (10) through the inner tube of the heat exchanger by the juice pump (11).
Hot water from the burner module (5) flows in the opposite direction in the outer tube and transfers
heat to the inner tube. The desired juice temperature is reached and maintained via the speed-
controlled juice pump (11).
The machine can be adjusted and controlled via the operator display (16). During operation, the
desired juice and water temperature can be monitored via this operator display (16).
