Cleaning

Clean the machine using clean water with a normal cleaning agent.
Cleaning the juice pipe in the heat exchanger spiral
Quick cleaning:
- In the operator display (16), go back to the start screen.
- Remove the juice temperature sensor (1) and connect a hose instead. Place the open end of
the hose over a drain.
- Open the juice outflow tap (12) to empty the juice pipe of the heat exchanger.
- Place a sponge rubber ball into the hose opening of the juice outflow tap (12).
Connect a hose and open the water tap. The sponge rubber ball is rinsed through
the heat exchanger as a result of the hose pressure alone, thus cleaning the juice
pipe.
- Repeat this process 3 times.
Thorough cleaning:
- In the operator display (16), go back to the start screen.
- Open up the cleaning mode by tapping on the Cleaning button.
- Open the juice outflow tap (12) and empty the juice pipe of the heat exchanger.
- Close the juice outflow tap (12).
- Fill a container with water and cleaning agent.
- Connect the contents of the container to the juice pump (11) and the juice outlet (2) via a hose
and use this to install a cleaning circuit.
- Press the juice ON/OFF switch (18, green button) to switch on the juice pump (11) and start
circulation.
- Let the cleaning agent circulate for 20 to 30 minutes. Be sure to observe the instructions from
the cleaning agent manufacturer.
- Repeat the circulation process with clean water.
- To finish, rinse the system out thoroughly using clean water.
