5. REMOVE BUMPER: Remove the (4) flange nuts
(m18 wrench and/or deep well socket) holding the
bumper in place, flange nuts to be reused for hitch
installation.
7. Tighten all M12 CL10 fasteners with torque wrench to 76 Lb.-Ft. (103 N*M)
Proper torque is needed to keep the hitch secure to the vehicle when towing.

6. INSTALL HITCH: Raise the hitch into position as shown (see figure 1), over the existing stud/bolt on vehicle.
Reinstall bumper over hitch and secure with existing flange nuts removed in step 5.

8. TRIM OR PUSH HEAT SHIELD: Trim around the hitch as needed or simply
push the heat shield forward away from hitch.
