4. INSTALLATION OF Expert Control Link
WARNING!
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician.
Before installing, disable the power supply to the boiler. The BridgeNet BUS cable is
polarised: to avoid problems with system start-up, check the polarities (T with T, and B
with B) between all system components.
The term "Teleassistance" (TD) means the service directed to the Technical Assistance
Centre, through which all the product support functions of Chaffolink are enabled
remotely.
The term "Remote Control" (RC) means, conversely, the service directed to end users,
through which they can use the smartphone App or web portal to monitor and set their
Chaffoteaux products.
Installing Expert Control Link and activating the Chaffolink services is quick and
easy: it takes just 3 steps!
