6. Make sure that the machine cover is pressing firmly on both ends of the machine at the
start of the operation before the vacuum forms inside the bag.
The machine does not turn to seal after vacuuming:
1. There is a vacuum pressure sensor built into this machine. The machine will not turn to
seal automatically if the vacuum pressure inside the bag can not reach the predetermined
vacuum pressure. Check the sealing strip and the foam gasket under the lid for debris and
the correct position. Clean them and put them back in their place, and try again.
2. Make sure there are no breaks or distortions of the foam sealing gaskets on the cover and
the base around the vacuum chamber. Remove it from the slot, wash it and dry it well; or
replace it with a new foam gasket
3. The vacuum bag may have a leak. To test, seal the bag with some air, submerge it in water
and apply pressure. The bubbles indicate a leak. Reseal or use another bag.
4. Make sure the machine cover is pressing firmly on both ends of the machine at the start
of the operation before the vacuum forms inside the bag.
5. Leaks along the seal that may be caused by wrinkles, crumb residues, grease or liquids
from the bag. Reopen the bag, clean the inside top of the bag and smooth it along the
sealing strip before resealing.
The air has re-entered the bag after being sealed.
1. Leaks along the seal that may be caused by wrinkles, crumbs residues, grease or liquids.
Reopen the bag, clean the inside top of the bag and smooth it along the sealing strip before
resealing.
2. The release of natural gases or food in the form of fermentation (such as fresh fruits and
vegetables) may occur. Open the bag, if you think the food has begun to spoil, and throw
it away. The lack of a refrigerator or fluctuating temperatures in the refrigerator can cause
food to spoil. If the food does not spoil. Eat the food immediately.
3. Check the bag to see if there is a hole or hole that may have released the vacuum. Do
not vacuum the packaging with hard items with sharp points (such as bones or cracks in a
nutshell). Cushion with sharp edges on the contents of the bag with paper towels.
The bag melts:
If the sealing strip or sealing element overheats and melts the bag, it may be necessary to
lift the lid and allow the sealing strip or heating element to cool for a few minutes.
