ACCU-FLO Reservoir
®
Indications
The ACCU-FLO Reservoir is indicated for use in
®
the treatment of hydrocephalus as a component of
the ACCU-FLO Shunting System for aspiration of
cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and injection of medication
via hypodermic puncture with a 25-gauge or smaller
HUBER™-point needle through the reservoir dome only.
Description
All ACCU-FLO Reservoirs are made from one-piece
puncturable silicone with an imbedded plastic base to
help prevent accidental needle passage through the
base during medication or aspiration. Suture holes in the
flange facilitate securing the device to the periosteum.
