BEFORE FIRST USE
• Read the instructions carefully
• Remove all packaging material and labels.
• Wash in warm, soapy water with a soft sponge. Rinse
thoroughly and dry completely with a soft cloth.
• Before heating your new cookware for the first time, apply a
little vegetable oil (preferably peanut oil) to the inside of the
pan with a paper towel. You might consider doing this each
time you put away the cookware, to extend the life.
DAILY USE
• Suitable on all hobs (gas, ceramic, halogen and induction).
• Always start with a clean pan.
• Take the food from the refrigerator at least 10 minutes before
cooking.
• If you use oil for taste or texture, allow the oil to warm for a
minute or two over low to medium heat before adding food to
the pan.
•  Your cookware has fast and even heat transfer so food and oil
char very quickly. Always cook using low to medium heat. Only
use high heat when the pot is filled with a liquid for boiling
your food (like for instance pasta).
• Never allow a pan to boil dry. Never let your empty pan heat up
too long.
• Use protective material to protect the surface when you place
hot cookware on a table or countertop.
•  Cookware can be used in the oven without damage (up to
250° C). Of course in this case the handles will become hot. Use
potholders to prevent burns.
INSTRUCTION FOR INDUCTION HOB
• At a high setting and during a short period of time, usually just
before boiling, there may be a buzzing sound. This arises from
the high tech material that is heating up and doesn't indicate a
fault in your induction hob nor your cookware and is complete
harmless.
• The diameter of the base of the pan and the size of induction
zone must be approximately similar in order to optimise the
reaction with the pan. Where the diameter is too small, the hob
(magnetic field) may not react to the base of the pan
CARE AND CLEANING
• Let cool down your pan before cleaning.
• This cookware is dishwasher safe, but hand wash is preferable.
Over a long period, regular dishwasher cleaning will eventually
scratch the pots. Clean after each use. Be sure that you do not
use a harsh cleaning product that is based on citric acids or that
contains chlorine bleach. If cleaning by hand use warm, soapy
water and sponge or a dishcloth. Do not use steel wool or nylon
scrubbing pads, oven cleaner or any cleaner that is abrasive, is a
citrus based cleanser or contains chlorine bleach. Rinse in warm
water and dry immediately with a soft cloth.
• Always clean your cook ware thoroughly, any remaining food
residue will cook into the surface causing food to stick.
• If you have remains of food stuck to the cookware, they can
be easily be removed by covering the bottom of the pan with
water and letting it soak off while gently heating it at low
temperature (no need to let the water boil).
• Overheating stainless steel cookware can cause blue or
auburn discolouration. This has no influence on the cookware's
performance and can be easily removed with a good detergent.
HELPFUL HINTS AND TIPS
• Cook on a hob burner that is approximately similar in base
diameter to that of the pan, or use on induction.
• When cooking on gas, adjust the flame so it does not flare up
the sides of the pan.
• Use low heat to warm foods, simmer or prepare delicate sauces.
•  Heat settings are very important. Lower heat settings are not
only good for energy-saving but also avoids the pan becoming
too hot. The nature of this cookware is to hold and distribute
the heat more effectively, helping some protein-rich foods cook
more quickly.
SAFETY INFORMATION
Read all safety information carefully and thoroughly before using
this product!
Warning:
• Use caution when removing lids or lifting with the
handles. Touch lightly to be sure the handles have not
become hot. Use oven mitts or potholders if necessary.
• The handles of your pan are made of stainless steel and
constructed to minimize heat transfer. Nevertheless, lids and
handles may become hot during prolonged cooking.
• Do not allow children near the stove while you cook.
• To avoid injury always use caution when handling hot pots.
• For safety reasons never leave cookware unattended while in
use and make sure the handles do not extend over the edge of
the stove.
• Do not allow handles to extend over a hot burner, because the
handles could get hot.
