Correcting the month (5):
IMPORTANT: For mechanical reasons, do not adjust the month by
pressing the month corrector (IV) if the date hand (4) is between
28 and 31. If the month must be adjusted, the date hand must first
be advanced to a day between 1 and 27.
However there is no risk of damaging the mechanism if the month is
changed between 28 and 31.
Correct the month by pressing the month corrector (IV) using the
corrector pen (VI) supplied with the watch. Each time the month
corrector (IV) is pressed the display advances by one month. If the
adjustment is being made on the first day of the month, display the
previous month in the month aperture (5).
Correcting the date (4):
Correct the date by pressing the date corrector (V) using the
corrector pen (VI) supplied with the watch. Each time the date
corrector (V) is pressed the date advances by one day. Changeover
from 31 to 1 causes the month (5) to change. Set the date to
yesterday.
NOTE: The watch does not take into account the number of days in
a month. It will therefore be necessary to make allowance manually
for months with fewer than 31 days using the date corrector (V).
Finalising the setting:
Pull the winding and time-setting crown (I) to position B then
advance the hands until the correct date and time indications are
displayed. Then push the winding and time-setting crown (I) back
to position A.

Setting the phase of the moon:
IMPORTANT: Do not set the phase of the moon by pressing the
phase of the moon corrector (III) between 10am and 2pm.
Correct the phase of the moon by pressing the phase of the moon
corrector (III) using the corrector pen (VI) supplied with the watch.
Each press advances the moon disc (7) by one day.
To correctly position the moon, look on a calendar to find the date of
the last "new moon" (indicated on calendars by a black or greyed-
out full circle) and the number of days elapsed since. Then position
the moon so that the two discs representing the moon are hidden.
Next, advance the moon phase indicator (7) the same number of
times as the number of days elapsed since the last "new moon".
Water-resistance
The water-resistance of the watch has been tested at a pressure
of 3 bar.
