f) The shaft hole size of grinding wheel, flange, back pad or any other accessories shaft bore size must
be adapted to be mounted on the shaft of the power tool. The shaft hole size which is not adapted to be
mounted on the shaft of the power tool may cause the instability, excessive vibration and loss of control.
g) Do not use a damaged accessory. Check the accessories before each usage, such as the debris and
crackles of grinding wheels, the crackles, the dilacerations, or the excess worn of back pad, the loose of
of steel wire brush or the broken of metal wire. Check if any damage for the power tool or accessory in
case that they are dropped on the ground. The operator and the other people should be far away from
the rotating accessories after the check and the assembly of the accessories, let the power tool operate
at the maximum speed without load for 1min, and the damaged accessories are usually broken in the
test.
h) Wear protective equipment, use the masks, safety goggles or safety glasses as the case may be. Take
the dust mask, hearing protectors, gloves and work apron which can block small abrasive or workpiece
fragments if applicable. Eye guards must stop all flying debris generated by various operations. Dust
mask or respirator must be capable to filter particles generated by the operation. Long-term exposure to
noise can cause hearing loss.
i) Let the spectator keep a safe distance from the work area. Anyone entering the work area must wear
protective equipment since the debris and the damaged piece could fly out and cause the injury within the
area. The live wire cut by the cutting tool may expose the metal parts with the power which has the elec-
tric shock risk for the operator.
j) Use the insulated gripping surface to hold the power tool only when it is possible to cut the hidden line
or its own wire. The live wire cut by the cutting tool may expose the metal parts with the power which has
the electric shock risk for the operator.
k) Let the cord be far away from rotating accessories in order that your hand or arm may be avoided to
involve in the rotating accessories.
l) Put down the power tools only after the rotation has been completely stopped since it is easy to lose the
control of the tool.
m) Do not start it. when you carry the power tool, because the unexpected touch with the rotating acces-
sories may wound your clothes and injure your body.
n) Clean the vents of the power tool regularly because the fan of motor may suck the dust into the case,
the deposition too much of the metal powder can lead to the electrical hazards.
o) Do not operate power tools for the flammable materials since the spark could ignite these materials.
