1/2" Max Drop
1. Mortise bottom of the door on centerline 7/8" wide x 1-1/4" deep.
2. Hand the door bottom. Pull and turn the beveled actuator rod setting the beveled edge facing stop on
door frame.
3. TO FIELD SIZE: Cut door bottom on end without actuator rod to exact net width of door. Maximum cut = 4".
4. Trim gasket material to extend just beyond each end of the door bottom.
5. Position door bottom in mortise with actuatory rod toward hinge edge; mark screw holes.
6. Drill pilot holes for screws using 5/64" drill bit.
7. Install door bottom with actuator rod at hinged-edge of door using screws provided.
8. Set for proper seal. To increase the drop, pull and turn the beveled actuator rod left. To reduce the drop, pull
and turn the beveled actuator rod right. Maximum drop = 1/2".
