7. Averías y mal funcionamiento
La posibilidad de averías en estos equipos es
muy remota dada su concepción exclusivamente
neumática. Sin embargo pueden producirse
desperfectos accidentales (como por ejemplo la
desconexión o rotura de un conducto) que deberán
que ser atendidos con prontitud.
¡La bomba no succiona!
Causa
No existe presión de
alimentación en la línea.
Rotura de la membrana.
Rotura del muelle.
¡La bomba no succiona el volumen esperado!
Causa
Insuficiente presión de
alimentación.
Aviso
Se deberá sustituir la membrana y el muelle en
conjunto.
AR no garantiza los ciclos de vida útil de la bomba si
solo se sustituye el muelle o la membrana.
8. Manutención y limpieza
Realizar la limpieza cuando sea necesario, siempre
con agua jabonosa (PH neutro) y nunca utilizando
disolventes ni otros productos químicos agresivos.
Solución
Verificar el sistema de
alimentación de presión.
Proceder a la sustituición
del kit.

de la membrana rota.

Aumentar la presión
del manoreductor. (El
manómetro debe indicar
2,5 bar mínimo).
7. Malfuncions and troubleshooting
The chances of this equipment malfunctioning are very
remote, in view of its exclusively pneumatic conception;
however, accidental damage can be caused (for example, a
hose becoming disconnected or breaking) and will need to
be attended to promptly.
The pump doesn't suction!
Cause
There's no supply pressure
in the line.
Membrane rupture.
Spring rupture.
The pump doesn't suck the right volume!
Cause
Insufficiency supply pressure.
Warning
The diaphragm and spring should be replaced altogether.
AR does not guarantee the life cycles of the pump if only
one of the two elements is replaced.
8. Maintenance and cleaning
Cleaning when needed, always with water and soap (neutral
PH) and never use solvents or other harsh chemicals.

Check the pressure supply
system.
Replace the the full pump kit.
