5. Precauciones y seguridad
Aviso
Este producto se ha diseñado para un pilotaje
mediante aire comprimido seco. No usar con
gases corrosivos y/o combustibles.
1. Durante la instalación, montaje o desmon-
taje asegurarse de que el elemento ha sido
desconectado de la línea de aire comprimido y
de la línea de agua.
2. No aplicar otro medio que los indicados. En
el caso de que se apliquen otros medios, no
garantizamos el buen funcionamiento del dis-
positivo y su seguridad. No aplicar nunca gases
corrosivos, inflamables, oxígeno...
3. Elemento diseñado para una presión máxima
de 10 bar.
4. Cuando se proceda al desmontaje para la
sustitución de la membrana y el muelle, hacerlo
tomando las debidas precauciones ya que el
equipo está sometido a la presión del muelle.
6. Funcionamiento
6.1 Montaje y desmontaje del recambio
Atención
Asegurarse primero de que no existe presión
en la línea para evitar posibles latigazos que
propinan los conductos cuando accidentalmente
se sueltan de la mano durante su manipulación.
1. Proceder al desenroscado de 16 tornillos de M6 que
unen las dos cazoletas, alternando tornillos en ángulos
de 120º para distribuir la tensión.
2. Retirar la membrana usada.
3. Retirar el muelle de acero inoxidable.
4. Colocar la nueva membrana y el nuevo muelle (KIT
de mantenimiento, ref. BA25KITCN). Sustituir siempre
los dos en conjunto.

5.3 Assembly
Warning
First make sure that there is no pressure in the line,
to prevent potential whiplash which could be caused
by the hoses if they are accidentally released during
handling.
1 Proceed to the unscrewing of 16 M6 screws that join two
bowls, alternating screws at angles of 120 ° to distribute the
tension.
2. Remove the used membrane.
3. Remove the stainless steel spring.
4. Place the new membrane and the new spring
(maintenance KIT, ref. BA25KITCN). Always replace the two
together.
