Escutcheon
3. Handspray Installation
Remove and save the locknut from the spray escutcheon.
Apply a bead of plumbers putty or other sealant to the underside
of the spray escutcheon according to the putty manufacturer's
instructions.
Starting from the left front side of the lavatory there are five
(Hot-Spout-Cold-Dispenser-Handspray) mounting holes. Insert
the spray escutcheon into the fifth hole from the left.
From the underside of the lavatory, thread the locknut to the
spray escutcheon. Tighten the locknut with a wrench. Do not
overtighten.
Remove any excess putty or sealant.
Insert the handspray hose through the spray escutcheon.
From the underside of the lavatory, thread the handspray hose
onto the supply tee shank. Securely tighten the handspray hose
with a wrench. Do not overtighten.
