6. Limited warranty

Limited 5 Year Warranty - Compressor
Limited 1 Year Warranty – Accessories
The limited 5 year warranty applies to the compressor itself, and the limited 1 year warranty
applies to the following accessories: face masks, nose pieces, mouth pieces, nebulizer/vapor-
izer head, and air hose. Filters are not covered by this warranty. Microlife USA, Inc. provides
both warranties against manufacturer defects for the original purchaser only, from date of
purchase.
The warranties do not apply to consequential and incidental damages, or damage caused by
improper handling and accidents. Professional use, not following the operating instructions,
and alterations made to the monitor or accessory by third parties, are not included in this
warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Microlife USA, Inc. will investigate your concern. A compressor and/or accessory as defined
by this warranty, determined to be out of specification, will be replaced and shipped to you at
no cost. A compressor and/or accessory as defined by this warranty, determined to be within
specification, will be returned to you with a report of findings, at no cost.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary
from state to state.
